Borrow — Lend, borrow, never forget

The story
It all started in 2017. A neighbor regularly asked to borrow tools or a bike. Nothing complicated, except that after a few weeks, I couldn't remember who I had lent what to. The drill? At the neighbor's on the 3rd floor. The bike? Maybe at a friend's. Or not.
Rather than sticking post-its everywhere, I decided to make a small iOS app with a friend. What was supposed to be a weekend project became, over the years, a complete application available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and even Vision Pro.
Who is it for?
Borrow is for everyone who lends — and forgets:
Neighbors who share lawn mowers, ladders, or extension cords
Families where items circulate from one household to another
Roommates who can't remember who borrowed the charger
Generous friends who'd like to get their books back someday
You don't need to be a compulsive collector. If you've ever lent something and forgotten to whom, Borrow is for you.
What it changes
With Borrow, each loan is recorded in seconds: the item, the person, the date. An optional reminder alerts you if the loan is taking too long. And when the item is returned, a simple gesture is enough to close the loan.
No more "I thought it was at your place", no more "you said two weeks". Just clarity, without the headache.

What's next?
Borrow continues to evolve. A major update is in preparation, with a feature that will transform how you interact with the app. We can't say more yet, but it's worth the wait.
Under the hood
For the curious, Borrow is developed entirely in Swift and SwiftUI, with a modular architecture (micro-features, Swift Package Manager). Synchronization relies on CloudKit to ensure privacy and performance. All built with the latest Apple APIs: Swift Concurrency, App Intents, WidgetKit.
