This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Borrow («Application») for mobile devices that was created by Wlad Dicario and Antoine Georgelin. The Application is a lend reminder, to keep track of what you lend to friends.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download the Application. When you use the Application, we will ask to get access to your phone contacts and all the informations in it, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. These data will be anonymous and will be used to improve the application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Security
All the informations collected stays in your phone or attached to your iCloud account. Atelier Socle can not get access to your data and they are not duplicated anywhere else. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

License
Atelier Socle grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Modifications to Application
Atelier Socle reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Updates to Application
Atelier Socle may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications ("Updates").Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Application. You agree that Atelier Socle has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Application to you. You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the Application, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
